V.A. Broward clinic Grand opening October 13, 2008
Pres. Bill Kling presents to Ray Stepnowski of the new Broward Veterans' Clinic in Sunrise , a flag which flew over the US Army Area Support Group Compound in Kuwait that was presented to the BCVC at the Sept. meeting by SSgt. Christopher King. It will be placed in a position on of honor at the new clinic.
